All Customers: This order form is not intended for use as a e-commerce site. It is provided as a means for existing customers to place an order in the same manner as they would use a fax machine. We will require that all information match the information we have on file before the order is sent. If the information does not match we will contact you using the information we have on file. If you have a change of address, please call us so we may update your file.  Most orders received before 3:00PM Eastern Time during our normal business hours will be shipped the same day order is received.
